Public Offer Agreement

This document is the official public offer of the Charitable Organization Charity Foundation “SOURCE OF GOOD” (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) and contains all essential terms for making voluntary donations by individuals and legal entities.

By making a voluntary donation to the Foundation, each person confirms their agreement with the terms of this Agreement and acknowledges it as legally binding.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Foundation accepts voluntary donations from individuals and legal entities to achieve the goals defined in its Charter and in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations” dated July 5, 2012, No. 5073-VI.

2. Voluntariness of the Donation

You agree that every donation you make is entirely voluntary and that you alone determine the amount.

You confirm that the donation is made on a non-refundable basis and without any conditions or requirements for reimbursement.

3. Use of Funds

You agree that the “SOURCE OF GOOD” Charity Foundation has the right to use the collected funds at its own discretion, in accordance with the provisions of its Charter and the laws of Ukraine.

Donations may be allocated to specific initiatives or to the administrative activities of the Foundation necessary to ensure its stable operation.

4. Requesting Assistance

If you wish to request assistance from our Foundation, you must first submit an application via email to:

You agree that without prior communication and confirmation from the Foundation, assistance cannot be guaranteed.

5. Right of Refusal

You agree that the Foundation is not obligated to provide assistance in response to every request.

Your application may be declined for various reasons, including but not limited to:

• it does not align with our principles or values;

• the request is still under review or is in a queue;

• the Foundation currently lacks sufficient financial resources;

• or due to other organizational or strategic considerations.

The Foundation reserves the right not to respond to certain requests and not to provide an explanation for refusal.
